Anal Fissure
Anal fissure is a tear in the skin around the back passage and typically presents with pain whilst opening your bowels in addition to fresh red rectal bleeding.
Treatment
The initial treatment is a cream which is used twice a day in the skin around the back passage. If this treatment is unsuccessful other treatments may be approprate.
